Our Restaurant
You can look right into our kitchen nothing fancy but always clean and busy. You'll see vegetables and fruits being chopped and everything being prepared from scratch every morning.
You'll see smoothies being made with no ice, no water, no sugar, just 100% organic fruit. You'll see only veggies, fish or fowl, never red meat. You'll see beans soaking properly for hours before they are cooked. You'll see soups being made with reverse osmosis water, never tap water. You'll see us cooking with the highest quality olive oil, never canola, soy or hydrogenated oils. You'll never see an aluminum pot or pan back there, or one with teflon.
Not much of the cost of your food goes to pay for high rent, fancy table clothes, or advertising. It goes toward the 100% organic food. No other restaurant in Florida has a higher food cost ratio than Food & Thought. No one offers higher quality food value, and no one offers such great food at such great prices.
We are very proud of the value we offer you.
All in all it's not a great recipe for making a lot of money, but is a fantastic recipe for making friends and loyal customers, and for that we are very, very happy!!
Our restaurant is open Monday through Saturday from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Lunch Entrees are served 11:30 am to 2:30 pm and Dinner Entrees are served 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
Soups, Salads, Sandwiches and Wraps are always available.
